Welcome to DigiPixi. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of our digital products, courses, templates, and resources (“Products”) offered by DigiPixi (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

By purchasing or using any Product, You (“Customer”, “You”, “Your”) agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t access or purchase our Products.

2. Consent & Eligibility

By purchasing, You:
✓ Confirm you are 18 years or older (or 16+ for downloadable content with parental consent)
✓ Acknowledge all sales are final due to the digital nature of our products
✓ Agree to follow these Terms

3. Product Use & Licensing

All content sold or distributed by DigiPixi is protected under copyright laws. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• You may use Products for personal or business use only
• You may not resell, redistribute, give away, or modify any product without permission
• You may not share login details, files, or course access with others

If purchasing PLR/MRR products:
Your usage rights will be clearly outlined in the product description or license file. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any license terms included with PLR/MRR content.

4. No Sharing, No Reselling

You are purchasing a single-user license, unless otherwise stated. Sharing access, selling, or redistributing our Products (including free content) is strictly prohibited and may result in revoked access and legal action.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our Products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

6. No Guarantees

We offer educational and informational resources, but we do not promise specific results (such as income, business growth, or success). Results depend on many personal and external factors beyond our control.

Any testimonials shared are from real clients, but they don’t guarantee similar results.

7. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Euros (€) or your local currency equivalent via payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. You authorise us to charge your chosen method at checkout.

We do not store payment details — all transactions are securely handled by third-party processors.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing, you agree to:

• Not file a chargeback without contacting us first at hello@digipixi.com.au
• Understand that fraudulent disputes may lead to revoked access and legal recourse

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Results you achieve (or don’t achieve) using our Products
• Any damages, losses, or business disruptions resulting from your use of our Products
• Access delays due to technical issues

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and where applicable, may comply with EU consumer protection standards as DigiPixi expands operations within the European Union.

11. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without notice. Continued access or use after changes means you agree to the updated Terms.
