Violations of these terms may result in legal action and/or termination of access to Our Products without a refund.

4. No Sharing or Redistribution

6. Refund Policy

Due to the instant access and digital nature of Our Products, all sales are final, and We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiPixi shall not be held liable for:

8. Payment & Security

All payments for Our Products are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including but not limited to PayPal, Stripe, and Systeme.io.

DigiPixi does not store or process Your payment information. By purchasing a Product, You authorise DigiPixi to charge Your selected payment method for the total purchase price.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from DigiPixi, You agree:

• Not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with Your payment provider.
• To contact Us first at hello@digipixi.com.au to resolve any issues.

If a chargeback is filed, We reserve the right to revoke access to all digital products and report fraudulent disputes to Your bank and payment processor.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Since Our audience is worldwide, We will comply with consumer protection laws applicable in Your country to the extent required.

11. Changes to These Terms

DigiPixi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use Our Products after an update, You agree to the new Terms.
