Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any service from DigiPixi. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Services

DigiPixi provides done-for-you digital setup services, including Skool community setup. The scope of each service is outlined on our website and confirmed in your quote. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

2. Payment

Payment is required in full before work commences. All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is processed via PayPal. By completing payment you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms.

3. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of booking. Turnaround begins once we have received your completed intake form and have been granted the necessary access to your platforms. Delays caused by incomplete information or delayed access from the client may affect delivery time.

4. Client Responsibilities

To complete your setup, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your intake form

• Grant DigiPixi admin access to your Skool community in a timely manner

• Respond to any clarifying questions within 48 hours

Failure to provide required information or access may result in delays or cancellation without refund.

5. Revisions

One round of minor revisions is included in your service. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of handover. Significant changes to the original brief may incur additional charges.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital setup services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel before work begins, please contact us within 24 hours of payment. Cancellations received within this window will receive a full refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content you provide remains your intellectual property. Any copy or content created by DigiPixi for your community is owned by you upon full payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

DigiPixi provides setup services in good faith based on the information provided. We are not responsible for the ongoing performance, growth, or commercial success of your Skool community. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Australian law.
